Sorry for the late post everyone...
VoiceOut 2008/09 has come to the end...
everything was smooth except for some setbacks that we face,
and the last minute PK between the soloists,
but lets not talk about all those that happen in the past...
let me have the chance to thank all of the VoiceOut Committee Members and helpers
for your help in this event...
without you all,
it wont be a success...
this event is everyone's event,
not individual event...
everyone effort has not been wasted...
so VoiceOut 2008/09 is over,
BO and phat nite event is coming up,
so let help each other to make all this events a success...
VoiceOut 2008/09 will be greatly miss...
you all ROX!

VoiceOut Committee Members...
i know it hard on you all for these 2 trial runs as i know everyone got their own studies and maybe not free... but our event is on this coming wednesday 25th June 2008. I hope everyone can put in the best effort you all have in this event. Good Luck...
Updates...
Monday trial run is from 2pm to 9pm.
ALL HELPERS AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS are supposed to be at the Theatre for the Arts's lobby sharp! Be punctual... Contestants will be coming at 5pm, so everyone, please prepare yourself... esp... Backstage, Ninja, Runner, Tech Crews, Ushers and ICs.
Department ICs, please ensure everyone go through the stage rules. For attire, no one is supposed to wear slippers, ONLY covered SHOES allowed!
Updates...
Admin: Please inform senior Eeling before buying logistics stuffs.
Logistics: Monday is a full trial run, everything on the finals must be there, please ask all departments what they need and send to senior chee wei.
Tech Crews: Please update SM if there any changes you have edit to the cue sheet.
Crowd Control: Please ensure that everyone in your department know what they are supposed to do! and please submit the new sitting plan to senior richard, senior raymond and the ICs.
Publication: Same things, tags...
Ushers: Make sure everyone in the usher group know what they are supposed to do...Call all your ushers back during MONDAY trial run.
Ninjas: Make sure you all get use to the cue sheet and the mic's number.
Runners: I have send to the runner's IC about the finalists, please take from her and pls ensure that each runner know who to call on that day.
Backstages: Same rules apply. Backstage IC, please teach everyone what to do at the backstage and pls take a finalist's list from me.
ICs: SM, PM, ASM, APM makes sure that there no more changes in the programme flow.
All: Rest well, event is coming near! JIAYOU!

mini trial run date...
Date: 17th June 2008Time: 9am to 3pmVenue: Block L level 5 backliftstrictly no slippers and please wear your lanyard. All committee are required to be there, those who cannot come need a valid reason, thanks.
Things to take note:
Joel & Alvin: Please tell me for TFA seating arrangement, how you all plan? e.g: how many sits for audience? how many seats for VIPs, how many seats for excos and senior excos?
Alvin: Please pass me the latest crowd control plan tomorrow during the mini trial run as senior raymond want to see.
Committee: Please be reminded that tomorrow there will be a voting for the token of appreciation.

VoiceOut Committee...
please kindly check your email as i have already send a email to you all regarding about the latest details of the final audition.
DEPARTMENT IC, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE HELPERS YOU HAVE AS YOU NEED TO INFORM THEM ABOUT THE TRIAL RUN DATES AND TIMES and please update Yi Xiang on the logistic list for grand finals, those items that you all need.
Trial Run Dates: 19th, 20th, 23th and 24th June
Time: 2pm - 9pm
Venue: Theatre for The Arts
Please take note that on the 19th, helpers are not required to come, they only have to come on 20th, 23th and 24th. VO committee members have to be there at all the trial run dates. Please take note that on next tuesday, 17Jun 2008,tuesday, there will be a mini trial run. ALL COMMITTEE MEMBERS HAVE TO BE THERE. IF we are not ready, how can we make this event successful??

Ok guys,
audition is over...
so take a break for now,
and prepare for trial run...
the next chapter for VoiceOut 2008/09
For what we have done today,
basically...
- the audition for the participants
- the interview for emcees
- discussion for grand final
- roles of the helpers for final
so those who are not involved in audition today, please kindly take the updates from the others.
For trial run, everyone in VoiceOut Committee will have to be there and also be punctual, especially individual department ICs, you all will know what your role on that day, pls take note!
There maybe a mini trial run next Tuesday 17jun 2008, all VoiceOut Committee had to be there if there a mini trial run so make yourself free on that day. For this week, Joel from publication side need the committee to go to school and do the final's props as we have not done yet so all VoiceOut Committee, please tell joel when are you free this week.
For individual departments please take note of what you need to do for finals...
